Ordered this bong from them back in early April. My Visa check card was also charged back then. Still havent recieved my package and they have been very poor with communication. They are in England so im hoping the delay is just because of the international shipping. But as I said before they have been poor to respond to emails, so i dont really know whats going on.
Any idea how long the shipment should take? How would I go about getting my money back if they are ripping me off?

Contact Visa and see about what you can do and/or contact the better business bureau over in England to see about getting them fucked up.
