Is humidity needed for incubation if so how can I

You shouldn't have to provide the actual humidity for the jars. The jars themselves (lids tight) should produce enough condensation during mycelium growth. Also, if you added an adequate amount of water to the substrate during recipe preparation, that in itself should create enough moisture.

Angry is right, as long as you are using a heating pad or a light (or something that uses dry heat) the moisture in your substrate should be enough.
