Need serious help finding information on Thailand strains

after much googling, and endless dead ends i hope someone can help me get answers.

I'm basically interested in Thailand strains, particularly the "Thai Koh Samui Super Strain"

things I want to know
-what kind of substrate does it like (im thinking spawn into rye bag colonize in straw, am i wrong?)

-what is the spawning/colonizing temperature?

-any special instructions or pre cautions?
for example the "puerto rican" strain doesn't like to be misted from above especially when pinning starts nor does it like adverse temperature changes meaning if temperature fluctuates outside ideal it causes many aborts. (true story)

I've grown the TKSSS & it works amazing on brown rice flour. I spawned it in the typical 70 - 75 degree temp. I still have a good quarter of them preserved. They are interesting little mushrooms. The growth is very unique. They didn't seem to respond negatively to misting.. they are pretty durable in my opinion.

Colonization has started with my first batch ever, they are BNNs and I havent heard much about them other than they are quick colonizers. Anyone know its chemical compostion, the ratios, etc?

I've grown the KSSS and BHT (currently) before. They do, in fact, grow like all other cubes. The KSSS is a tough strain. I would recommend it over all.
