What can be done before a trip to prevent pain and nausea during the trip? and what is safe to take while your on shrooms, thanks for the info :smile:

I have no idea why you experience pain and nausea, I have never felt anything other than great while shrooming. But ginger in any form (pills, tea, biscuits, crystallised..) should help with nausea.

Cocoa shrooms. Blend the shrooms into hot cocoa, you can't taste it so you don't get the gag reflex.

And if you're getting bad pains still, go and see the doctor.

I have to go with killerclown on this one.

Marijuana is a known analgesic (sp?) and will quickly calm the stomach down. Only problem is I know when I am not feeling well or sick/upset I dont really like the thought of puffing.
