Basic Psy: The Result

The Result

When we give loving care to our inner child then over time we will feel a lightness of being.
There will appear a fullness in our heart, and joy from within.
Fear gradually diminishes and is replaced by peace and joy in the process of learning.
Aloneness no longer exists when we stay in contact with our inner child and meet its need for love.

Feelings of separation of self and others will diminish and a sense of oneness appears.
We find ourself in unwilling to behave in any way that hurts ourself or others.
We discover our integrity.There is no judgement, no enemy.

When we act as a loving adult we never have to wait for someone to fill our emptiness.
We never have to feel alone. We have the total freedom to fill ourself with love and peace whenever we want.
As children we may have failed to see that taking responsibility for ourself is a most wondrous freedom. :flowers:
