The three on the right are blewits.

Most blewits lose that beautiful color once they mature some.

yeah id say so with the free gill attachment and typical pluteus style pileus, spore print should be pinkish in color.

Wait, you found those on the forest floor?  You said they don't bruise?  I'm nto sure if that's a blewit then.  Blewits should turn purple when cut or washed.  I just fond some the other day and fried them in some butter, they were actually right outside the mall where I worked.  The spore print is white and they do smell like frozen orange juice, but I think there is atleast one species that is very similar to it that is dangerous.

This is taken from Mushrooms Demystified by David Arora:
"Clitocybe nuda (Blewit {wood blewit}) -Some forms have only a slight lilac tinge; others are perfectly purple."

"Cap 4-14cm broad, convex with an inrolled margin when young, becoming broadly umbonate to plane, or with an uplifted, often wavy margin in age; surface smooth, lubricous when moist but not viscid, often somewhat lustrous when dry; purple, or purple shaded with brown or gray when fresh, soon fadingto brownish, flesh-color, tan."

Yadda yadda, "Gills close, adnate to adnexed or notched, or sometimes decurrent' purple or pale purple ot bluish-purple or grayish purple..."

Find it on the forest floor sounds likely.  It should be scattered to gregarious, and some of those look different to me? I could be wrong though.  Sorry if you already had a positive ID on them!

They never did bruise. I just ate them so if they are dangerous Im about to find out the hard way.

Looking through Mushrooms Demystified Im thinking it is actually Clitocybe brunneocephala.

Nah, yours are purple and they are C. nuda.  (= Lepista nuda)

Def Lepista/Clitocybe nuda, I would suggest you search the area for more. I am finding they enjoy westward facing forested slopes with a heavy amount of leaf litter but where some grasses are also growing in more open areas. Look for depressions or fallen logs where a lot of debris collects as well. They seem to like oak and maple. The restaurants I sell to have been snapping them up as fast as I collect them.

I picked what I could find that wasnt eaten up entirely by bugs. I think Im going to go out for a bit here shortly and see if there are more.

I had all but given up on finding mushrooms that day, sat on a nice log and sparked one up. When I looked down I saw one peaking out from next to a leaf. Then I found another. I walked a few feet and I found a cluster of them and picked the one there that wasnt eaten up by bugs.
