Habitat:
someones lawn, but i have to think there was wood underneath

Gills:
pink, free, maybe notched...?

Stem:
solid i think and crisp i think

Cap:
about 4 in, and kind of affected by the sun

Spore print color:
pinkish/salmon

Bruising:
no

Other information:
i think this is some kind of pluteus, but not 100% on that. it was found a few weeks ago...see pics

No problem!

There is only one real look-a-like for Pluteus (at least from my perspective), which is Volvariella...  However, as long as you take care to inspect the base of the stipe, you should have no trouble distinguishing between the two lignicolous, pink spore genera.
