I do have to ask though, how is there no such thing as duality? Duality to me is the most natural property of the Universe. What is dark without light? Good without evil? Order without chaos?

I feel the Universe as a whole defines itself with these very terms.

My back issues stem from my right leg being 18mm shorter than my left leg.

There is not much that can be done about it
I have tried a heel lift and that just made me hurt more

The best thing to do is avoid any bending, squatting and stooping.
Being put on disability has helped a lot in my pain management.

I only see my chiropractor about once every
8-12 weeks now instead of 2-4 times a week :tongue:

I know this sounds a little corny, but meditation and breathing exercises have literally cured my "OCD" and most of my anxiety troubles.

I agree it breaks my heart that zen is a lost art on this side of the world.

Damn that a/e ffects every step of your life. I belive you were put into a body like that because you have the ability to walk up the mountain (Do you know which mountain I am refering to?)
even with a lopsided body. (If that sounded offending I apolagize I didn't mean it that way.)

Balance is everything.

I've learned how to use energy in the way I move and know how to transfer it so I can imagine what that 18mm must feel like.

I would recommend more meditation and yoga if you are not already doing alot of it...

(I know you mentioned you already meditate at least in your life story)

I would wish you luck if there was such a thing.
