good call on the plants thing, i was going to say that other primates also engage in war and what not with rival monkey groups. bugs do also.

My friend Ryan and I where drinking one day at a bar and getting intellectual as usual. i finished his sentence, he was talking about how even though darwin says survival of the fittest, i said "but who is to say what is the fittest"

i think that explains a lot. in competitions its not just "this is fit, this is not" its a lot of factors, whatever comes out on top depends on those factors to say what is the fittest. although people do fight each other, our capacity for helping each other is what makes us fittest, and anytime we go against that we are going against progress and nature.
