help for a first time grower

I am thinking of growing some shrooms in a forest near my house. Maybe about half a mile off the path kind of hidden. Need to know what kind I should grow for a slightly desery climate like Idaho? Also need some tips from people who have done wild shroom growing.

If you're in a dry climate, it may be hard to keep your bed moist enough if you want to keep it hidden. Why not just do it in your back yard? I mean even if you're parents found them, do you think they could pin it on you?

Keep reading baby, it's out there.
I can tell you this. The only good stuff you have to do outdoor things with is cottonwood and alder but luckily alder will grow you some p. Cyans.....
PM me and let me know where you are and I can maybe help you more....

Try digging a ditch and using an upside down rubbermaid container as your terrarium. Bring alot of water and saturate the ground. The evaporation might maintain the humidity. Might want a water tray in the bottom as well. Infact why not just move your whole setup out there. Bury it in the ground. If the temps are right, and humidity stable, why not. I say try it. Try anything. I don't think they will survive on the natural conditions alone. But you can try.

Look for cave. Then grow in the cave. Then you can name it something like mushhole or something.

That is a really good idea. I know where there are fucking huge caves in the idaho desert that run for miles. They are old lava tubes and they are chucked full of bat guano....

I've been to those caves! It's hot as fuck outside, you're out on big huge flat black lava surfaces, then you climb down inside and go back inside a bit and you can see your breath, and theres ice on the floor. But it's dark as fuck.

It's in Idaho, in the middle of nowhere, in a national park. It'd be easier to dig your own cave....

your talking about craters of the moon....
I am talking about the middle of nowhere in sage flats. You cannot even see them until your on top of them. They go on for miles and miles. The area around the town of Rexburg uses one of them as it's civil defence. It is rumored that there is a tribe of indians that lives under the grand tetons (translated to mean big tits in french) and I have always thought that they traveled about in these caves....
We used to explore them as Boy Scouts....

Go figure....exploring caves in boyscouts, ironic, eh Just kidding, actually I'm really quite jealous that you got to grow up in such a cool environment. And if you ever do get that cave figured out, I'm there.
