Agar ----> Jars?

I've done a lot of research, and I've decided to give agar a try. The only thing I'm not clear on is how to go about inocculating my jars with the mycelium from the agar. Could someone explain this process?

ive been doing a lot of wbs jars while using agar as the inoculant lately.
im not at all impressed by the speed. maybe its just the isolations that i have, but from agar to colonized 100% wbs is taking forever. g2g or (the best) GLC is the way to inoculate jars.
once i had succesfully colonized agar to wbs jars, i just turned that into a grain lc.
