? about mycelium

Some Quart Jars I have are fully colonized (Wild Bird Food) but I wont be able to spawn them to a bulk grow for another 2-3 weeks...  I wanted to know if the fully colonized mycelium will survive in the jars... they'll be in a cool [65degreesF], dark place for up to 3 weeks.

it will still grow maybe even grow invitro at 65F it needs to be cooler like in the fridge like noobie said.:thumbup:
