Neg, not muscaria. It would be bright yellow or bright red. It's really impossible to tell the species without seeing the stem and checking for presense of volva or veil. The only other way you determine what it is would be looking at the spores under a microscope.

We need to see the base of the stem and the volva to be able to confirm the identification.
