How do you go about talking to Spore Supplier about bad syringe?

Just wondering how would you go about talking to a supplier of spore syringes if one was bad?

Cultivation is illegal so these are sold for microscopy use only.

Let them know that you were inspecting or studying them under a microscope and that the spores were dead.

Yes just tell them that you were studying them under a microscope and they are contams. Whta vender? I highly recommend sporeworks and ralhpsters.
