its a Psathyrella sp, and no its not active.
in the future, use google when someone gives you a name of the mushroom, if its active there will be a million pages saying so.

Also measure the cap and stem. take a spore print and try to depict the gills. And tell if the stem readily detaches or not ect..

Cant go by pictures only is theres nothing to scale to

See pic is not a suitable replacement for a measurement
