id be more worried about a compromised syringe after the freeze and thaw than the actual viability ... spores are pretty resilient .. still ... use the crisper in ur fridge ..

So, are they lost? Is there any possibility to do an inoculation with these spores? What do you recommend me? Continue?

Check this thread, Holydiver said he has used ones which were frozen for over a year. Anno then froze some and defrosted and they grew.

I got 2 PE syringes from sporeworks today, one was thrown in free, I inoculated a jar and am planning on freezing the rest for a year or more. It should not be full or it will blow out the top or blow the plunger out. It is easier for many people to hide syringes in a freezer than in the fridge. They could be concealed in a jar of frozen sauce.

I wouldn't store them in the freezer but I don't think freezing kills the spores. If that were the case there would be no Cubes in the part of Florida I live in.

No, but she might visit, and would think I am injecting heroin if she saw it. Also FOAFs might be in my house putting beer in the fridge etc, I do not want people asking questions.
It also seems like a better long term storage solution to me. People will not be messing about with what they cannot see.
