This is a bowel wash that is administered with a Saline Drink in conjunction with a few yoga postures. Supposedly, the salinity of the water should match that of your body's natrual balance. (i.e., same ph as blood). you drink a few cups and it goes right through you and comes out your pooper along with that Big Mac that you ate in 1995.
Anyone tried this?

Actually tried this once... You have to drink 8 glasses of saline water, that's not very pleasant. Anyway, I could only manage 2, so the water just absorbed along the way and nothing happened.

Ive done it as part of the master cleanse. It really isn't that bad u just have to will your way through.
I only did it with 4 cups of water (like with a measuring cup). That translates to roughly a liter of salt water. You just add a 2 teaspoons of celtic sea salt and lay on your right side after finishing. Then you will think it isnt working and after 45 minutes it hits you and u shit a little river. It feels great afterwards.
I would only do this though if pure foods are going in. You cant binge on the poison food and then do this in hopes to "detox it". You need to have already loosened up material in the gut with...
A) (in)soluble fiber B) herbbs
I would only do this at most once a week, something like every Sunday or whatever Sabbeth you observe. See this
be sure to have lots of good probiotics afterwards and stay centered. doing this in a whimsical fashion will only bring more harm. this can upset vata unless you have ROUTINE, STABILITY, FOUNDATION

I've tried this colon cleanse and it works, but only if you use sea salt. You can also do a liver cleanse with epsom salt and a blend of olive oil and grapefruit juice. Do an online search and you should find a few recipes.

Ive been eating lots of brown rice the last few days, it feels very cleansing in that way!

Twists and abdominal stretches. I can't findy any in detail. But Any spinal twist that I do gets my bowls singing... lol...
Then King pigeon pose and bow pose pretty much do the rest of the work.
