Im goin to shroom this weekend and was wondering if I should smoke some weed during the trip. Is this to much for the body to handle?

its fun and can turn on the psychadelic aspect of the shrooms. But if your inexperienced with psychadelics i would take it one step at a time.

For me it's necessary! It jump starts a trip and gets rid of my upset stomach

Im a pot head and Ive shroomed a couple of times but never had put two and two together. I guess I am a little inexperienced with psychadelics but have had the 3 essesntail trips(self relizing trip, psychadelic seeing shit on the wall trip and 6 hours of pure hell trip)
So Im not sure what to expect.

Last week I had Amanita Muscaria for the first time. I smoked some weed and then decided i wanted the Mushroom. I had it all dried ad I tore up half the cap into some hot water and made a tea. I had the other hlf after about 90 mins when nothing had happened.
I was tripping a bit, but I thought it was form the weed. I went to sleep feeling quite normal that night.
I'm not sure if the shroom had no effect, of if it was hidden by potent weed.

I've smoked every time I've done shrooms and it has always kickstarted a trip. Definitely gives me more visuals and more introspection.

I love to smoke when I trip but it is not essential for me. It's the best when you are coming down and you take a hit, it generally kicks my trip back in.

I did it my first trip and it made the visuals insane and much more stuff was brighter. Although I didn't notice any effects of marijuana that I usually feel, just more visuals.

nice, well it sounds like its worth tryin, Im looking forward for the visuals. I havnt had the visual trip in while..last couple of times have been that deep self realizing trip.

usually I smoke weed at some point through the trip. the last 2 times I didn't. but it does help with any upset stomach/cramps that I might have. or anxiety, or feeling like I'm too high.

When i take shrooms i wait until the peak of my trip, put on some loud, trippy, music. Then i smoke atleast 1/2 a gram of decent bud. It turns on a bunch of different things in my brain that encourage halucinations and just more fun.

i always rip when i shroom
sometimes im high when i dose, sometimes not... but always rip at least once during the trip...sometimes it gets too intense and im floored, or i just cnat get it together to pack lol
enjoy the two magics from the earth together, they produce a good synergy

Smoke some when you feel like you're starting to come down, and it'll prolong the trip for another hour or so. Some people say this doesn't work for them, so YMMV, but it definitely worked when I tried it.

I like to feel the shrooms by themselves, much more clearheaded trip.
Then on the comedown I take a bong load to the face and get blasted back into that psychedelic mindset again, sometimes even more intense than the peak. Weed really sets things off for me when i'm on psychedelics...

ok from what im gettin from all the people who have posted is that weed helps the visuals and prolongs the trip by atleast an hour. Definatley not a bad thing so thats good to know.

I don't know what your tolerance to weed it, I smoked it daily for a few years... and even then if I smoked during a trip it would blast me into outer space. I guess everyone's differant, but to simple say it "helps te visuals" is a massive understatement IMO.
I just think you should be aware the combo definatly intensifies a trip (by a LOT) and there's the potential for more anxeity than on mushrooms alone.
It is an awesome combo, but I'd start slow especially if you're new.
