Is it easy to overdose on this substance? I took 800 seeds for my first LSA trip, but I heard that was a bad dose for vascocnstricting reasoning.

Holy crap. 
Once I had an HBWR trip that gave me such a nasty bladder infection that I couldn't stop peeing for a week!  So painful.  And inconvenient.  But the outer part of the seeds hadn't been scraped off very well so maybe that's why.
I hope that your trip is wonderful and that you gain a lot of insight, and share it with us all!

Never tried LSA myself, I've just heard so much bad thing about that.
