Umm, I think your humidity is way too low. Looks like they are trying to abort. And you should get the big one out it is done growing.

More perlite inside of a fruiting chamber, such as the "shotgun" fruiting chamber. That would probably be the most cost efficient way.

Is that a shotgun FC? If so it should be off the ground and have holes in the bottom. It should be off the ground anyway. The closer you are to the ground, the more contaminants there are. You'll want 4-5" of perlite too. Looks good though.

I dont really know the definition of a shotgun fc? but do contaminants really matter after the colonization step? i thought that was the only real step to worry about them.

They are not as big of a factor after colonization, thats for sure. However, that doe not mean they no longer pose a threat. As the myc weakens in later flushes, and large chunks of substrate go missing after the first flush, contams can move in then. It is always best to play it safe in this hobby.
Search shotgun FC. Holes 2 inches apart on ALL 6 SIDES. 4-5"perlite. Tub raised a couple inches above the surface it is sitting on to allow air to enter from underneath.

20 grams fresh would give you around 2 grams dry.
