Looks a bit like Suillus luteus, but I ain't totally sure.

They're certainly Suillus, and all Suillus species are edible. They often cook up slimy, and the tubes (unless very firm) and skin on the cap should generally be removed to make them more palatable. Most Suillus aren't very flavorful, but some are worth trying.
