pereskiopsis disease
    #11245278 - 10/14/09 11:10 AM (14 years, 3 months ago)

I already posted before in this subject.
I have about 20 pereskiopsys plants.
I grow them outside and not in humidity.
They got a disease in their leaves, and the leaves are falling.
It is contageous, and one by one became infected.
I thought it is some fungi, and sprayed with soda water, and also tried garlic water.
But it seems the disease goes on.
Is it fungi?
What should I do?

It looks like some kind of endophytic fungi. Zygomycota? If I were you I'd water with a strong dose of commercial fungicide a few times. I got this stuff that smells strongly of fish oil. I don't recall the brand name, but it was organic (if you're concerned about that) and worked really well.

At last I had a proper look on the leaves, and I realised
that the black spots, are actually insects.
I guess it must be scale no?
I think I'll get some anti scale spray
