well my pc has no gauge so its either a 10 or 15...
i can say that if ppl sterilize using a pot and a lid, you should be alright at 10psi for an hour...
i usually do 45 mins (im not sure the xact pressure, like  i said) and have never had a contam problem

at 10 Psi go from 90 minutes to 120

Even with my 15 PSI I go for the full 90 Min ,

45 min just doesn't cut it don't do what CamKron(it might work for him but usually thats not in info we spread around) does its not safe go for a full 90 at least.

Yep, that's the standard. 10 psi for 120 mins is probably a good place to start.

i usually pressure cook at 45-50 min at 15 psi..

what worries me about cook at 10 psi for 120 min is the possibility of loosing moisture content in the jars

You should be alright.  And I agree with doc and shea cook your jars 90mins at 15psi.  Why be cheap on the time?  The longer the better in my opinion

Following Anno's rye tek I've pced jars for only an hour with no soak/simmer and have had contam-free results consistently on par with the more conventional method.
