How soon after pasteurizing bulk do I need to add spawn?

I like to use my pasteurized bulk right after its cooled down. I suppose if you could seal it after pasteurizing it could last for a while

Same here.. I know I tried to keep just coir/verm for like 2 days and by the time I opened up it was green..

The whole idea behind pasteurizing substrate and using lots of sterile fully colonized grain is to use the speed of the colonizing mycelium to beat clock before the contams take hold. Every day that passed in another day for mold spores to germinate and start growing. Like others have said, I would wait any longer than 24 hours because you are defeating the purpose of the pasteurization process.
