What kind of shrooms r these?

IF you could give me a name you think this is that would be great and tell me if its safe to eat and if i will trip?

Habitat:
Front lawn nice taken grass

Gills:
the gills are black-very dark brown not attached to the stem

Stem:
3-5cm long, 1-2mm wide, white, smooth, hollow, thin stringy like

Cap:
1-2.5cm ,tanish color on top with a blackish band around the bottom, riffled texture, spherical shape kinda like a bell, convex

Spore print color:
black-dark brown

Bruising:
no sign of bruising

sounds like a pan. species but can you get some pictures of them and of the spore prints?

won't make you trip.
could be edible, could be poisonous.
i don't recommend you eat them.
not enough info...
if you're still curious as to the species, ask to borrow a friends camera or even take a cell phone pic. otherwise there's no way to be certain here.

if finding a camera is impossible, try to compare it to other mushroom pics on this site. there are a lot of great resources here.
