chew it up and swallow. thats only like 1.8 grams dry. should be a mellow trip

first time? just chew it long enough to make it easier to digest but use some honey or ketchup if youdon't like the taste.

For best effect you should either lemon tek it or just strait eat it. For much less nausea and possibly, though likely not noticable, diminished effects make tea. You could also dry them and make chocolates. I find chocolates for w/e reason cut down on nausea almost as much as tea and provides a very smooth trip, easy transportation, and it masks the taste perfectly.

For the wet shroom lemon tek I just dice'm as small as I can throw in a small cup fill with lemon juice until its like a smoothie type constancy.soak em 10 mins. then chug GL.

For great effect when I don't want to use the Lemon Tek (which is VERY effeective) is chew up the mushrooms and leave them in my mouth as mush for about 15 minutes, sucking the juices from them. I think it's dosing sublingually... don't know exactly why it works and I don't care because IME it works.

If they were Panaeolus cambodginiensis 18.6 wet would be a rather heavy trip.
if they were Cubensis Cambodian strain should be a nice mellow trip
I wounder which one it is

Make tea, ive found tea to be stronger than eating, tea comes on faster and gives slightly stronger effects but a slightly shorter duration.
Cut em up into little peices and simmer them in water for 5 minutes, add a herbal tea bag of your choice, simmer a further 5 then strain the liquid and squeeze the excess juice out the shrooms.
Depending on how you strain the liquid you may end up with some powder looking stuf in the bottom of your tea (it may be spores) its kinda nasty to drink so i usualy just avoid the very last bt of tea, unless you strian it out with something that will catch the fine particles.

Most people can't handle this method. But I find it the most rapid ride to the top. I simply break the cap off and eat it real quick. Then I put the stem (sometimes two or more) between my cheek and gum. This is a very rapid technique for me. I literally did this. Took an elevator ride down to a parking lot. Walked no more than a quarter mile to the store. and by the time i got there my eyes were watering so bad from hysterical laughter, that I had to turn around and go back home. I am talking 10 minutes time tops. I feared that I would not be able to contain my joy once inside the store. And besides, who wants to fight the laughter. It is my favorite way for speedy effectiveness. But realistically I usually just munch em down to try and stay on the same level with my co-experimentalist.
