Cures for the common cold

Yeah, supposedly there are no cures, but what can I do to get out from under this head cold? The Sinus pressure and constant snot is annoying. I would just take pseduoephedrine but, after a day, I start to feel really wigged out from taking so much of it.

of course if you cant breathe through your nose you cant do it...

i got a cold too... i got this tickly cough that wont quit
the only thing that helps is pranayama

im sticking to pranayama
liquorice, honey & lemon tea
lots of fruit & veg

To prevent it....

I have always found great luck in eating a wide array of fruits and vegetables as well as taking a multivitamin and fish oil. I usually drink a variety of teas, keep exercise regular, am getting fresh air, staying clean, and so on. Since I have made these changes about 5 years ago I have yet to suffer from a common cold. If symptoms show, I battle them off quite quickly. Many wise old folks have told me a lot of it is just one thinking they have something they really do not... Hope that helps for the future.
