i would try flipping the jar upside down and give it another week.  Dunking an uncolonized cake is just asking for contaims.  Sometimes flipping a pftek cake forces the co2 outta the jar and this seems to help

You might be losing your patience but if the jar is still stalled its usually a sign of bacterial contaim

Yeah you probably should have started a second batch of jars weeks ago. In the beginning until you get a good grasp on what you are doing, it's a good idea not to put all your eggs in one basket. I would be preparing new jars every week trying various teks and grains (if possible).

I would try to fruit the ones you have but I would start over in the mean time so if they don't produce, you aren't wasting any more time while more jars could be colonizing. It's a game of numbers in the beginning. If you do a lot of jars you gets lots of practice and refinement in your technique and the odds of success increase.
