Not really a very good pic, but I would say that you are fine.

that is plenty warm, almost to warm... depends on your setup for the RH.

You can't go wrong in the humidity dept. when you use perlite properly. It's super easy, you don't have to sterilize or pasteurize it to use it, and it's cheap for a bag that you can reuse over and over. Supplement perlite with your current system, turn off the fish tank heater, make sure your terrarium has lots of holes for FAE and you will be good to go.

EQ's were my first grow. I didn't have a good pin set the first time. Genetics and less than optimum growing conditions, but they still turned out nice. I would definitely give them a go again sometime...sadly I lost my culture as it was about 3 years ago I grew them.

i was using a spore print from a friend that was almost 3 years old and didnt think it would work but so far so good, and trying to get everything down with this batch so i can experiment with some other strains in the future, heres a drawing of my current setup it keeps humidity constant at 80 and temp at 80 and i have a heating pad that will raise the temp to 90+

People really elaborate to far on fruit chambers sometimes. Keep it simple.

all you need to know for pinning...
(humidity 95-99% for cakes, and temperature 70-75 F)

I wouldn't use the heating pad and use perlite for humidity. It's the best is recommended by advanced mycologists. Keep the FC simple, drill lots of holes to let air exchange. No reason for anything more than a large tub with 4 inches of perlite and lots of holes in all 6 sides.

That's actually a good idea. Most fish tank heaters bring the water to 70, which is perfect minimum for your fruit. It's just a container, with another container secured inside it. I would also add a small fish tank pump or two with bubblers.
