How long can sawdust logs sit in the bag before they are sterilized?

I would like to premix sawdust logs using sawdust, wheat bran, gypsum, and water.. put them in the bags and let them sit overnight so I can pressure cook right away in the morning. Is this okay? any help would be great. thanks.

i did some kind of like that and pc'd them for 1.5 hrs. then in 4 days they began to show signs of contam/fermentation. so i pc'd again for 1.5 hrs and then let them sit for a month with no problem. i just g-2-badged one 2 days ago and am at 45-50% already.

good luck i think 2 X pc /4 days = long shelf life

stamets says you should sterilize asap after hydration. after 6 hours of simple hydration they start generating bacterial growth.
i used to like to let mine sawdust sit in the water overnight, just to be sure it was well-soaked. no mas. now it's wet and load, then pc asap.
