who lives in an apartment runs their vacuum at 7 in the morning or lets their water run for 2hrs or more.  If I didn't work 3rd shift I would be pissed as fuck.

i'd definitely be pissed. that's just inconsiderate. you want to clean your place? that's fine, pick up, wipe shit down, take out the garbage. but vacuuming can wait until most normal people are awake.

oh no they hate me completely apparently they can't handle living below someone cause when I first moved in I was on the computer just sitting there and the bitch pounded on the ceiling and yelled "knock it off up there you"  Then they would pound on the ceiling when I would lay in bed and try to sleep doing nothing apparently the light sounds of the bed settling pisses them off but their kids can run around screaming and crying.
