*RESPOND PLZ* Am I Screwed? Selling Kratom On Auction Site

I tried to sell some Kratom on an auction site. In the title I called it incense, and I said not for human consumption. This is the message I received...

Is Kratom illegal??? All of the listings for Kratom have been removed. I really don't need my parents house to get searched right now... I only have like a gram of cannabis but I can not afford to get in any kind of trouble.

No kratom is not illegal. They took down your listing because they don't allow drugs to be sold there. They explained that clearly. Why are you afraid of getting in trouble?

I see what you mean I'm just a really paranoid person. Thanks for helping me chill out cuz I was flipping for a minute reading some message saying I was selling drugs.

Not all drugs are illegal. That site doesn't allow drugs to be sold whether they're legal or not. Kratom is legal. You're all good.:wink:

If they were gonna notify the authorities im sure they would have made that clear in the message. They simply took it down, im sure if you put it up again you might run into problems though

This is exactly why if I were to sell anything drug-related online, I'd make a cheap and sloppy statue, shove the shit inside and sell the statue for the contents worth as "fine-crafted abstract avant garde expressionism".

And then instead of being completely legal you'd probably be committing a crime. You'd also sit in jail while they tested the substance and looked for postal regulations they could charge you under.

I find the whole "my drug should be legal but yours should be illegal" mindset disgusting and hypocritical. It's what George Bush and company do when they drink a cocktail and debate the best way to imprison marijuana users. -Diploid

I was doing the same, but took my listings down after some of the other sellers had theirs forcibly removed and faced penalties on their accounts. My roommate said there was something on the news recently about people selling "drugs" online advertised as incense, so a lot of auction sites are cracking down on it. You won't get into any legal trouble, but it's definitely not worth putting your entire sellers account at risk.
