I've wasted a lot of money on my car.
I do tend to spend money on food, but consider it a luxury when I'm not being thrifty. Yes it is a necessity, however prime rib, hot wings, scallops, steak, and shrimp take a back seat when money is tight. Burgers, Hot dogs, mac n cheese, grilled cheese, puerto rican rice, sandwiches, and pasta are cheaper meals for budget minded.
I often wonder about all the money I've lost or loaned and never got back. I'd easily have a couple grand.

$29 including taxes, insurance, and a worthless warranty.
You can find them for pretty cheap now. Around 15-20 depending on miles and features. Lotta autos out there tho, but I doubt 6 speeds are more expensive. I tried to sell mine a year ago and everyone kept low balling me so I told them to eat a dick. I'm running this car into the ground and then going to rebuild it.

I got it double-salvaged. It was practically half the stock price. Plus, it had wood grain interior with leather seats and the owner before me blessed me with a sick system.

But if you get into an accident, you are fucked. Prius parts are expensive as hell. My fender bender cost me greatly. I bought a cheaper no-brand bumper thinking I saved money, but it almost didn't fit because it was poorly made. Luckily, I hired me some good Mexicans.

Too bad everyone in LA doesn't drive those, the smog can get pretty harsh over there. Is it caused mostly by the vehicles or the forest fires? (or both).
A guy works/lives near me and I see him in one of these from time to time. I'd LOVE to get a ride in it some time to see how fast they are:

10 million people in a relatively small area, fucking everyone drives cars. The smog isnt as bad as I thought it would be though. I hear it's cleared up in recent years. No doubt partially due to all the yuppie fucks. I also live next to the ocean so that may play a part..

Yeah, that car looks sick. Driving cars built for speed is an adrenalin rush. Some guy that lived in my friends apartment complex drives a Maserati. I fucking hate his guts, but I love his car. Man, what I'd do to just test drive that beast.
