If this works like checkpoints in other third world countries, just slip'em a couple of euros and a carton of cigarettes and you're on your way.

yeh he was kinda just wasting his own time, couldve just told them he was a citizen and saved himself alot of wasted energy. sure he was trying to prove a point.  in my town the cops wouldve taken him out of the car and thrown him on his face for talking back.

in the US you have certain inalienable rights under the constitution,
right to refuse a search without a warrant, right not to incriminate
yourself, etc... as for being a dick to the border patrol, the road
block was 60 miles inside the US borders, if they were looking for
illegal aliens then they certainly were not handling is well with that
particular guy, they cannot  'racially profile' to determine if someone
is a foreign national, terrorist or anything else, they cant stop
hispanics, arabs, blacks, etc...

surely those pathetic agents have better things to do with their time
than to harass the populace or is the system designed to condition the
population to random searches

yep... he could have bent to the authority and taken it in the ass like the ignorant or he could have continued pissing them off tot he point that they arrested him and he collected million in a lawsuit

It just goes to show how answering a question gives away jurisdiction. Why do you think he would not say yes or no to the question?

This works with cops as well especially with traffic infractions. The question then will be "give me you ID or drivers license or any paper work for that matter.

I'd love to see the follow up on some of these.  Any sources?

Wow Prisoner that last video is fucked.

Cop stands right there as a criminal trespass happens.

Why didn't he call 911 and get additional units out there?
