Please, please tell me english is not your primary language, cause if it is, you're not a stoner, you're a mongoloid,  , I think the word you were looking for is towel?.  But to tell you the truth, I've never used brown rice as a substrate, I've used brown rice flour.  It sounds like either you are keeping your jars too cold, if so, look here

Or there is something wrong with your substrate (too much water, not enough water, poor sterilization, unseen contam)  Or your syringe wasn't viable, OR god just hates you, its alright, he hates me too.

You should really look into building an incubator.  Its cheap and you will definitly notice the difference.  Oh and next time, try out brf/verm, you may be suprised.
