I've been interested in all of those but never tried em. How should one properly prepare Kava?

Melatonin never did anything to help me sleep; it only went to help me dream.

I popped a couple after being awake for a fullday and I still laid in bed awake for about 6 hours or more. Calea Zacatechichi doesnt help me sleep either. Alcohol and sativa also keeps me awake.
The only things Ive found that actually put me to sleep are xanax, kava, opiates, diphenhydramine and cannabis indica.

I love Valerian root. Smells like wet dog & feet, but this herb is great.
Good for sleep, or taking the edge off. Fantastic anxiety relief.
Ginkgo Biloba is another one I like. Improves concentration, increases blood flow, provides a clear head.
I also use 5-HTP, & melatonin every once in a while. The key to melatonin is less is more.
Ginger root is great at preventing nausea....

Melatonin is the shit!
If you get good Kava and prepare it right... it'll taste like shit, but do its job, worthwhile IMO.

That stuff does nothing.
Almost all the herbs/vitamins on the market are a waste of money. You can be a lot healthier and feel better by exercising a little.
Kratom is good though.

Ive got flu like symptoms and lack the energy for my normal exercise routine. Thanks for destroying my placebo effect.
I do alot of exercise but when you get sick you still get sick regardless of how often you work out.
