Hey guys If I'm thinking correctly, the water left from a 90 min 15psi run should be sterilized enough to reuse? or do u recommend using fresh water every time.
Does the pressurized water hold containment's?

I reuse the water and never had problem ... even if the water was contaminate nothing can enter your jar and the water will sterilize with the jar.

I don't want a pot of cold dirty water sitting around.
If I'm running a second batch I'll leave it, otherwise I dump it out and drain the PC upside down until it is dry.

I don't see anything wrong with using it, and have never had problems from that.  Water is an invaluable resource waste less and get more from it.

Fresh water probably has more contams than water that just came out of a PC. I mean, you just sterilized it.

of course it's fine to reuse it. It is sterile, but it's just as easy to add fresh. i know when i used to do rye tha water got kinda smelly after the first batch and id assume it would only get more funky the more batches i did.

Just add enough water to 'top it off' if you are talking about using it again to do more pressure cooking. Also, if you add a tablespoon of vinegar to the pc water you can avoid the white film on the outside of your jars.

The only shitty thing is when keeping the water to reuse after a few times If your using Jar lid rings to keep jars off the bottom of the PC they will rust. I make a habit now of emptying my PC washing and drying it. But if your doing back to back PC's then yea its all good epically with the vinegar

Or you could reuse the water for bulk subs or watering your plants.
