Hello Everyone,
I would like to present to you Myco Supply's first annual "Kids for Camping" Benefit Sale.
This year, we were going to have an "end of the year" sale. But for the past few years, Ryche Hawk and all those at The Hawks Eye - http://www.thehawkseye.com/ have had a " Toys For Tots " sale where proceeds went towards childrens gifts for the holiday season.
When I first heard of a holiday/benefit sale for kids I thought this was a great idea, so I spoke with Ryche about it months ago and instantly Myco Supply decided to have a benefit sale of the same nature. The ideas were flying and a few charitable organizations came to mind. Then it happened....
Myco Supply learned of a program where a company could sponsor a child and send them camping for one month this coming summer. The program is directed towards urban kids who usually wouldn't have the opportunity to go into a wildlife setting. Myco Supply is into mushrooms, so camping
seems like the best possible thing! But my heart was still hooked on giving kids toys for the holidays. 
The idea was tossed and turned, then we learned of a VERY important deciding factor.
With the "Kids For Camping" program, the sponsored child is taken out on full day mushroom hunts!!! The child will hunt and learn mushroom identification! WOO HOO!!! How can it be any easier to donate to that!
So Myco Supply is extremely happy to hold their first annual "Kids for Camping" benefit sale.
All PROCEEDS from each of the items listed below will go directly towards the sponsoring of a child to go camping for 4 weeks!. Please check This Page on Myco Supply often for it will be edited as items are sold out.
All items listed are new/like new. Most are returned items from customers, manufacturers who sent too many, or slightly used items that we can't really sell. For example, we have a Graduated Cylinder that came with a tiny chip in its base. Totally useable, but can't be sold.

Perfect timing. I was just looking to add some equipment, and now I can do it and help get some kids into the woods. I can almost taste the good karma thats gonna come from the fruits of this equipment. Thanks for the sale and opportunity.

Well, I'd like to thank everyone who took part in our benefit sale.
Everyone at Myco Supply is very greatful to anyone who made a purchase and/or donation.
Although we did not receive enough money to send a kid camping, Myco Supply is going to make up the difference and take a little money from our own pockets so that a child can experience natures vast gift of the forest floor
