My jars are 99% white. Should I wait till they pin to put them in f/c.Or put them in when there fully colonized. B+ what i have is on day18 . Wait to pins ? yes / No /:ooo:

Not necessarily pin but after they completely colonize give them a few days to consolidate . then birth them and dunk and roll

most of my jars finished colonizing about 4or5 days ago and I thought i was supposed to wait a week
are u saying that I can dunk them now after a few days?

I would take the ones that are stalling and flip them upside down so the bottom finishes colonizing. Then birth them all at the same time a few days after the last one finishes. It's a little easier to manage em this way.

If you dunk and roll them too soon, they will sit in the FC and do nothing for a while cause they have to finish consolidating.

For beginners, I recommend just keeping them in the jar and check them daily until you see the first pin, then dunk and roll. This way you know they are finished and you don't have to deal with the frustration of waiting with them just sitting in the FC.

If you don't want to let them get a pin in the jar, then once they appear 100% colonized wait at least a week before the dunk and roll as stated above. This ensure that they are fully colonized and consolidated and cuts back on your chances of contamination.

My f/c is about 73- 78' depending on time of day and 99 % humid. To much humidity is not good right. Can i drill some more holes to let the humid air out.

Are the jars done if it still looks like tree roots or web? Or Should it look like a solid white gel ?

that setup looks like way too much humidity without enough air exchange.
the perlite should provide plenty of humidity. you dont necessarily have to drill any more holes but a few more couldnt hurt.

I'm actually going to use a F/C 4 or 5 times that size so the humidity should drop a lot.On the left of the picture you will see the box.
