This is a bolete.





it looked pretty neat to break open the stem because as it oxidized the exposed stem turned blue. The spores were brown.

I thought this one looked pretty interesting too.

The white ones kind of resemble Oysters, but they seem to be growing out of the dirt, so probably not. Nice pics though.

The bolete is most likely toxic because of the orange pore surface.

The second look like oysters.  I don't know about in the wild, but I've had cultivated oysters fruit from buried substrate.  They could also be shoehorn oysters (Hohenbuehelia petaloides) but those are usually brown.  If the flesh is thin and tough, it's most likely a shoehorn oyster.
