dog tripping?

a couple of my friends were over and my dog (half shitzu half chiuahua) was jumping around and waiting for shrooms, well food, i spoil her cuz anytime i'm eating something i'll give her some, so needless to say she saw me eating and wanted some.  i didnt give her any, and i never will, but i was wondering if anyone has given a dog shrooms and what happened lol.  i know dogs can get drunk (my old roommate's brother had a dog that loved beer and vodka), i know they can get stoned, and once i fed a dog some salvia, it booked outside ran around in circles for about 10 minutes chasing its tail then came inside and went to sleep.  my neighbor also told me that once he gave a cat acid and it freaked out so they locked it up until it came down and after that the cat never misbehaved again and wasnt as aggressive towards other cats as it used to be.  i would guess that giving a dog some shrooms would make the dog sick, but i wanted to know if anyone tried it lol

It would be a very cruel thing to do IMO.  So I hope no one says they've tried it.  An animal would probably be in a great amount of fear/distress.

Look on google for any studies that have been done. Yes, people get crazy grants for animal studies. There have been several done with Salvinorin A, for example, especially on small mammals and fish. Who knows what has been done with shrooms.

i was drunk and used some extract to season a pizza, forgot it was on there, and gave some pizza to the dog, it wasnt a whole lot but the dog ran in circles like a bat out of hell.

wasnt bad lol, i had like half a pound of various extract levels laying around so i sprinkled a mix of them on it, i figured if people make tea with the stuff then why cant i eat it

I hotboxed a mouse in a gravity bong type setup with salvia.

It walked the edges of the 2 liter and stopped so i pulled the bottle off it and watched it breathe for five minutes, then it opened its eyes and started walking again. Totally fine the rest of the day.

Except for the intense psychological hurricane it must have experianced.

I also add that the mouse never died, I let it go the next day.

So I possibly could've created a prophet mouse. I imagine him wandering around meeting up with other mice and spreading his tale of mystery.

my friend gave his cat ketamine and then we got it stoned by putting it in a oven and blowing smoke....later we came back, that fucking cat was purring so fucking loud and wasn't no way going to leave that oven.

i had a dog bite into a sweet breath vial once...

my old roommate had (well still has) snakes and raises feeding mice, well we nicknamed one "drunky" because we'd always fill his water bottle with smirnoff grape.  one night we decided to smoke pot laced with salvia and blow it into his cage and cover it, then we broke up some weed and salvia and threw it in with his food, then added a metabolism booster thinking it might get it in his system faster, then crushed up some vikes and valium, and viagra...well then he was like tip toeing around so that his dick wasnt dragging on the bedding of the cage so we put a female in there, the female got hard core raped, popped out like 8 kids, and drunky (almost 2 years later) is still alive and more then likely will die soon due to a failing liver.  oh i think some of his kids are retarded.

My cousin gives his dog shrooms all the time; and i have been there several of those times. Usually he gives him about 1.2-1.5 grams roughly(that's a very large dose i assume). All he does when he tripping is follow around my cousin wherever he goes, and growls at the refrigerator.

I'm not going to write the whole incident that happened again but I've said it in another thread, my dog accidentally ate ~7grams of cubes in chocolates, she was 75-80lb's at the time and was okay but ended up laying in one spot for over 12 hours. I've never felt so bad in my entire life, I though she was going to die. Don't even think about giving your pets or any animal for that matter any kind of mind altering substance besides maybe catnip. I was irresponsible and this should have never happened, just take my advice and stick to feeding the mushrooms to yourself.

If they want em let em try em.  Once wont hurt as long as you give them a low dose according to their size.  Dont force it on them.  ive heard of dogs that like to trip.  ALOT like getting smoke blown in their faces.

You're an idiot. How does an animal decide that they want to trip? I would really like to know that, is it because they like to eat some mushrooms that they like to trip? Cause most dogs eat shit, doesn't mean that they're trying to find some secret drug inside the shit. I don't understand your logic. I have seen dogs that like smoke blown in there faces, I still don't agree with that.

My friend was tripping his ass off and gave a neighborhood cat a hit of acid. Poor thing freaked the fuck out and was never the same: it would always be around the neighborhood hiding behind stuff and looked like it was always being chased.
My bigger cat has gotten high a lot (she likes the vaporizer and will come over for it, but doesn't like smoke) and used to like ketamine like a fiend. We gave it to her once (she was curious) when we were rolling and she loved it. Rolled around on the floor and spun around purring so loud it was awesome. Then she fell asleep. For a few years after she was hardcore into k. If one of my friends was cooking it up on the stove she'd climb up his leg to get to the powder.
She has since decided that she doesn't want to use drugs anymore and just hangs out with us when we're shrooming or something. Loves to be pet when we're on drugs (except acid, she hates when we trip on acid) and is so colorful it's fucking great.

Our little cat hates all drugs (and people other than me or my wife) and accidentally ate some k once when she was little. She likes to lick stuff and there happened to be a big pile of powder on the kitchen counter. She freaked out and hid int he corner for about 3 hours or so. Poor little thing, she's too stupid for her own good sometimes.
