The Juno Reactor CD Shango. It's tribal mixed with techno.

Circle and Anumadutchi Percussion - Drums of the World. A great album. Very nice on shrooms.

Have a listen to Dead Can Dance. Spirit Chaser is a great album.

Afro Celt Sound System. They're Irish African fusion stuff, very beautiful.

The Tool track Triad is fucking awesome! Very tribal sounding. The more you listen to it, the better it gets. It's one of thoze toolgasm tracks (imo).

I'm going to second Murex' suggestion of Shango  Its not "techno" but its really cool ;-)

Also there's "Makyo - Yakshini" thats a great artist-album set to some excellent tribal beats

Insert an "I think" mentally in front of eveything I say that seems sketchy, because I certainly don't KNOW much. Also; feel free to yell at me.

I saw them open for Santana last summer and they had a purely precussion song with 3 different types of drum sets. Any idea what the name of that song was? And I don't think it was 'drum trip'.

The albums Syrophenikan and Stone Tower by Delerium are great, with tribal overtones... but they are kind of dark and might scare you when you're tripping. But I love them.

Yesterday I ttripped really hard and listened to seome native music from new zealand. It was some women ( a group, not one  ) singing so lovely ! Had some great time  Also listened to some native songs from morocco, which were really great, and some buddhist / samurai this kind music but those vibes werent cool
