I was wondering if anyone knows what these are.

They are growing in a Tomato garden in Southern Ontario.

Daytime temps have been around 10 - 15C/50 - 59F with a lot of rain.

The fruits have a golden-brown cap with a mostly white/light yellow and hollow stem which are 1 to 1 ½ inch in height with ¾ to 1 inch wide caps.

No visible bruising.

Soil is a ‘triple mix’ type soil - 1/3 topsoil, 1/3 peat loam, 1/3 manure.

Thanks!

Please don't give advice like that, do not eat any of those mushrooms, they are almost certainly a Galerina species, probably G. autumnalis.

That's good to hear, someone might just take that advice and fry some up, this would cause great sickness and possibly death!

The only thing I found close to what he said was this:

I don't know, maybe he thought they were honey mushrooms but they are not, I'm pretty certain that is a deadly Galerina.

Wrong substrate. Do not look like Armillaria at all. I don't think he meant "honey mushroom" when he said "honey suckle". Looks veeery suspicious, to say the least.
