you get a cake that will grow 2 different types of shrooms, you wont get any true crosses, or hybreds. A truew hybred would come from the spores of a shrooms that was sucessfully crossed with another

mycelium thats not necessarily true, even through anastomosis it's possible for hybrids to be created thoguh unlikely and rare. but it is possible for two dikaryon to combine to form one. Best bet though would probably be to dilute a print in sterile water, then dilute again, and try to isolate two monokaryons.
