Blue Stems?

Hi my question is in regards to my babies that i picked this morning. As i carefully got them off the cake I noticed them turning a blue-ish color then i opened the stem up and it rapidly turned dark blue? What should I do? can i eat them?

You can eat them. Bluing is a natural reaction of psilocybe msuhrooms to bruising.
