This last tub I had a very dense grow; however the fruits themselves were small.  Is this something normally caused by lack of moisture?  Here is a pic...

I dont think anything is wrong. Some strains and grows ive had just produce smaller fruits. Usually they make up for it in numbers.

I see your point but the tub right next to it is from the same LC and produced a few 6 gram mushrooms dried.  The difference between the tubs is the larger fruits came from a tub that was not cased.  The casing dried up a bit right before pinning and a little into it, I thought this may have attributed to it.  They are Pink Buffaloes

Had about 8 bouquets spotted through out, now getting even more clusters like that where those didn't damage the substrate

Is your LC made from MS or is it an isolate? It means nothing if its the same LC and you used MS unless i'm mistaken.

If it was isolate then i would wonder what went wrong. A casing layer does provide added moisture, but when i dont case ill just give a nice heavy misting between pinsets to get nice shroomies.

It can be a combination of factors.  Not necessarily just genetics as so many people here want to point to.  Also, your LC may not even be a true mono-culture. ~P~
