Habitat:
Ohio, in a state park in the soil, near a river

Gills:
Black

Stem:
White, about 2-3 inches

Spore print color:
Black

I know the pics could be better but this is all i can do. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Bad image quality, but looking at the striae on the cap in image no.1 I say Coprinellus micaceus.
