Habitat: Growing in tall grasses near oak trees and very few pines. These were growing a few feet from some weilii I found today. Also water was pooled in the area.
Gills: tan looked darker on older species.
Stem: about 2 1/2" very slim like a subb sp.
Cap: These are almost exactly the same size as subbs.
Spore print color: cant find them.
Bruising: did not get a chance to see.
Other information: I may have accidentally thrown these in the same bag as some weilii I found. These were found first and I believe I put them in the bag. I then stumbled on some weilii and threw them in the same bag.
When I emptied the bag, I could not find them. Hopefully these are not poisonous.

That is because Psathyrella are very delicate, and they must have gotten crushed up by the Psilocybe weilii on your way back home. Luckily, Psathyrella are not poisonous.

Thanks, I couldn't find anything on them as to whether they were poisonous or not. I have checked that pile 3 or 4 times and still haven't found a trace. Problem was one group of weilii I found was very fragile and they broke up on the way back too.
