HUGE Fall Ovoids!!!

Went to one of my Ovoid patches this morning just to see if anything was happening,well i wasn't disappointed at all:)








Got one photo of habitat with camera phone...


This species definitely does fruit in the fall,in decent numbers as well.These are probably the biggest Ive found yet.

very nice finds man i think those are the biggest ovoids ive seen. Dont they usually have a vale remnant tho? I cant remember? very nice tho man congrats..

Yeah,usually there is a veil remnant,Ive found them plenty of times without one though.

I cannot just post pics anymore,my computer had a mental breakdown or some shit a few months back.So now the only way i can post pics is to copy shortcut the image then paste it to the post.Sorry for the inconvenience,if you have a way around that please tell me how.

Thanks shroom gatherer,i used to be able to just highlight and copy the code underneath the image.Now when i attempt to do that,it says it is copied and something about adobe flash player?It just wont let me do it that way anymore.

Nice find!

The veil on Psilocybe ovoideocysidiata ranges from a thin cortina that leaves a barely perceptible annular zone, to a substantial membrane that leaves a fairly persistent annulus.
