First, I dont have anything to seal my myco bags with so would it be okay to use duct tape? Also, is timothy straw okay to use for growing?

what sounds risky? The duct tape or the straw?
When I said myco bags I meant 'Autoclavable Gusseted Bulk Spawn Bags w/ Self-Healing Injector Site'. I just didnt want to type that all out. I dont know what the hell your talkin about.
